Alan Toby is a NATO captain who is currently missing, possibly in custody of Awlaad Al-Qowah.
In Operation Free Market, Toby was believed to be held captive inside the Walled Compound of Marhaba Bazaar. However, once the operative reaches the top floor of the compound, he finds a store dummy instead of Toby. Toby has yet to be found.
